Project scope and quotations

Website examples and planning guidance are general information. The written proposal or agreement for your project sets the deliverables, production schedule, review rounds, payment arrangements, usage rights and any additional costs. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or create an agreed production scope.

Video, image and material rights

Portfolio films, images, client logos, scripts and other materials may include rights belonging to PurplePerfect, clients or third parties. Their display here does not grant permission to download, reproduce, modify or republish them. Contact us about any proposed use.

For commissioned work, permitted channels, territories and usage periods depend on the agreed licence and any third-party restrictions, including music, stock footage, talent or other licensed materials. Raw footage, editable project files, additional versions and extensions of usage are included only where agreed in writing.

Planning and safety guidance

Our guides help buyers plan video projects. They do not replace site-specific procedures, an operator’s requirements, an HSE assessment, competent-person advice or the approval of your authorised project team. Confirm technical instructions and safety content against current approved documents before production and release.
